Founding partner in 1989 of Desstone that provided medical technology services for hospitals, in 1996 he established Medipass, where he was President until 2006. Founding partner of ISMS (International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment). President of the Scientific Committee of Fondazione Montecatone onlus. With a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna, specialized in Neurology, he has held hospital positions in Neurology and Neuro-radiology and been supervisor of Medical Technology Projects at the Technological Scientific Center of Emilia Romagna. He has attended specialized courses at the N.I.H. and other clinical imaging centers in Italy and abroad. He has published various novels (Mondadori, Sperling, ...)

Founding partner of Medipass and Supervisor for Development since its founding, after gaining significant marketing and sales experience for the medical divisions of 3M, Philips, Toshiba. With a technical electronics background, he attended management courses at SDA/Bocconi, Eartheart Enterprises/USA and ECS-Executive Communication/UK. He was a member of the Working Group for the definition of medical quality control standards at Assobiomedica (Italian Association for Biomedical and Diagnostic Technology) and Board Member of Telemedicina Rizzoli until 2006.

She previously worked at business and publishing companies as supervisor of organization, human resources and management control. She has provided consulting for publishing projects and advertisement planning.
With a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and a teaching certificate, she has never lost her passion for literature.

At Medipass since 2007, following extensive experience in international Sales & Marketing with the Sorin Group, Fresenius and PlasmaSelect, he has provided consulting in management and development in various industrial sectors. He was the supervisor of the Total Quality Plan at the Fini Compressori Group and has participated in research projects at the University of Bologna.
Roberto graduated from the University of Bologna in electronic engineering with a biomedical/managerial focus and completed a Masters in Business Administration at Alma-Profingest Graduate School.
A former Judo athlete and instructor, he is a mountain biking enthusiast.
