Quality System
Medipass has adopted a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards, certified by CERMET, which ensures a constant and uniform level of quality in the services planned and provided.
The processes that optimize the Management System for Quality guarantee the Customer/User that the Company is capable of administering the expected services with monitoring continuity, content auditing and implementation procedures with a view to continuous improvement.
The Organizational Model
Medipass has adopted an organization and management model in line with the
requirements of Legislative Decree 231/01.
The Model's system of control
impacts all activity phases through the use of various tools:
- the Code of Ethics, which is an integral part of the model itself
- a set of rules of conduct, procedures and control activities and a suitable system of powers and delegation
- staff communication and training
- a disciplinary system
- the establishment of a Supervisory Board
