Medipass: Medipass acquires Ecomedica

BOLOGNA September 2017 - Medipass srl, a subsidiary of KOS Group spa, has finalized the acquisition of Ecomedica Empoli, an accredited health centre operating in Diagnostic Image and Radiotherapy field.

The procedure calls for ECOMEDICA control by MEDIPASS, an international company operating in diagnostic imaging and cancer diagnostic and treatment services. Medipass is part of KOS Group, leader in Italy in elderly care, post acute care,  rehabilitation and psychiatry.

The presence in Ecomedica of 2 accredited Radiotherapy Accelerators, reference for the Tuscany region patients, strengthens Medipass's vocation in the management of Oncology Services, as is already the case in other regions of Italy, United Kingdom, India and Saudi Arabia.
